To fill in some gaps between my graphic design background and UX, I apprenticed remotely under experienced mentors, working through the design process from discovery to final high-fidelity mockups. With a focus on research, user flows, testing, and iterating with wireframes and prototypes, I practiced and learned new skills & tools needed to be a successful UX designer. I graduated after coding my own portfolio from scratch and passing a formal review.

* Orchestrated the release of a new onboarding process. Responsible for the vision as driven by our Sales and Marketing teams, determined user flows and content architecture. QA testing.

* Worked on points reward program called Intel Technology Provider which allows resellers and retailers to stay educated about the most cutting-edge Intel products. 
* Worked as third level customer support for learning system data issues.

* Lead small project groups, which required motivating team members, practicing effective communication, and honing time management and multitasking abilities.

Worked with distributed systems, desktop engineering, network engineering, and security towers of EIT (Internal IT sector of BAE Systems). Completed a project involving mock phishing exercises across the whole company using phishme.com as a tool. Extensive analysis of resulting data with addition of demographic from oracle database, as well as collection of response in ticketing system. Concluded with a presentation to Executive staff and VP of the Company.

Aid teacher with assignments, student questions for IST459 - intro to databases

* Helped startups and small companies with their websites starting from ground up, focusing heavily on User Experience and Design. 
* Worked directly with head of company (CEO) who could best advise me on the vision of the brand and website. 
* Worked with Wordpress as main CMS including integration with shopping cart, downloadable products, and connection to social media.

Worked for a Hungarian chromatography company for the summer. Redesigned their logo and created a new website from ground up integrating plugins that managed the menus, a flash slideshow, as well as a language switching option to and from English and Hungarian. Used WordPress as the content management system, which uses PHP to create dynamic pages.

Worked within the Math Department.
One-on-one student tutoring from pre to multivariable calculus. Occasional requests to tutor statistics and linear algebra. 
A variety of physics, chemistry and engineering majors also asked for help in their subject when related to mathematics. 

Job required a lot of creativity geared towards a wide variety of education styles as well as a range of ages (from eighteen to upper twenties).

Worked during the summer months: Coached novice and experienced men’s and women’s shells for two hours up to 3 times a week. Work involved preparing practices, executing drills to improve the rowers’ technique, and driving a motorboat while instructing practices. Afterwards, I was available to answer any exercise and diet related questions.
