Ongoing role leading the Starship Health team's design efforts to create simple and accessible interfaces for a variety of public health care applications. These efforts fulfilled critical requirements for both the success of their applications and for future grant funding.

• Designed and prototyped the first iteration of the Diabetes Networking Tool( DNT ) in order to test with users and secure further grant funding﻿ ﻿
• Designed and documented a sharable 508 compliant design library for easy handoff between the development team and all future designers

Developed and maintained user experience standards focused on; ease of use, brand recognition, and WCAG compliance. Collaborated with the product team and used customer feedback to propose and design new features for the product including; customizable dashboards, social login screens, and event wizards.

Worked closely with stakeholders to design new and modify existing MedStar 
websites keeping in line with brand standards. Simultaneously created and implemented a digital style guide to best fit the current interactive landscape. Assisted the digital marketing team in the creation of wireframes, prototypes and graphic assets for landing pages, campaign sites and emails.  Helped to research and concept new methods of engaging patients and providing the most effective, helpful and intuitive user experience possible.

Managed projects from research and conceptual stages to development and maintenance. Worked with clients throughout all phases of projects and acted as a liaison between the client, developers, and other third parties. Conceptualized and implemented strategy for projects — web, digital, branding, print and EGD — to most effectively meet the client’s goals. Trained and managed junior and mid-level designers, as well as interns.

   25 million dollars towards their development; their highest investment received to that date
•  Assumed all website management and maintenance for our clients following the departure of our senior web developer
•  Sought out and brought in new clients for website and identity redesign including 
   Georgetown University, US State Department and Maryland Distillers Guild
•  Led design and project management on 3 award-winning development sign packages

Collaborating with the directors of marketing and other departments within the museum — developed all internal print and experience design as well as all visuals for the museum’s print and digital marketing campaigns while adhering to brand standards. Created and implemented new brand identities for events, programs and museum initiatives. Maintained and modified the museum’s website.
