About Ilinca Radu
Senior Product Manager at Sourceful
Hi there, I am Ilinca!
As a Senior Product Manager at Sourceful, I enable the purchasing journey of our customers in the B2B space and I manage the supply chain management platform for both our internal users and our partners.
With a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science I spent the beginning of my career as a full stack developer with a preference for backend. Although I shifted to product management, I am still very passionate about technology, especially data related topics.
I love collaborating in order to build and grow beautifully designed products. Always enthusiastic and curious about new challenges, I enjoy the shift from big-picture thinking to detail-oriented tasks.
I believe in the transformative power of mentoring from the times I was a math tutor at an NGO in Romania to being in the top 10% contributing mentors in the Netherlands on Adplist.
When I'm not immersed in product management I enjoy learning about art, fashion history, sustainability and nutrition.
