🏡 Family Space app - Next generation Family Genealogy Social network 0>1 stage mobile startup (B2C). Markets: India, LATAM, UK, USA.

🌳 FamTree app - Collaborative Family Tree builder 0>1 stage mobile startup (B2C). Markets: India, LATAM, UK, USA.

1) Family Space. Led a 21%+ increase in user engagement with extensive UX/UI redesigns for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
2) Family Space. Decreased user drop-offs during login from 50% to 1% by streamlining the login flow. Redesigned core features like family tree, calendar, albums, and recipes, accommodating complex use cases (e.g. for family tree: multiple marriages, adopted children). 3) FamTree. Created 10+ paywall variations that initiated app revenue generation.
4) Family space and FamTree. Designed and implemented a Design system for Web, iOS and Android. Speed of development increased 4x+ times.
5) Family space and FamTree. Introduced a UX research system akin to Hotjar, identifying 400+ critical UX issues and bugs.
6) Family space and FamTree. Worked on over 200+ ideas for product updates and KPI increase (besides features I made);
7) Family space and FamTree. Was reviewing the graphic designer's work and improved the quality of visuals. Designed visuals for app stores.

Also designed B2C event management web app with RSVP module. Designed a b2b Web, Android and iOS app for weddings. Made a mobile app for quizzes.

🍔 Food tech SAAS company: Online Food Ordering Systems (B2B, B2B2C). Markets: Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria and Poland.

1) I made UX and UI design updates of restaurants food delivery hub app Hunger (B2C) for PWA, iOS and Android platforms;
2) Designed several features in POS (B2B Point Of Sale web application); 
3) Rebranded all UI and designed several sections in B2B Android application for receipt printing and opening/closing restaurant. Made new splash screen animations; 
4) Upgraded UX and UI design of PWA and iOS + Android APP of orderYOYO online restaurant shop template (B2B+B2C). Prepared specific design features for United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Poland and Germany markets. My design improvements, bug reports and UX findings bring to company + €10000 revenue daily. Also created design system for this project; 
5) I analyzed audience segments of the German food ordering market. My results then were used by marketing department for setting ADS campaign.

1) Moderated and organized educational online design event 3Dизайн. Also created website UX, diploma design;
2) Worked as HR: collected 10 suitable candidates for Tutor recruitment company;

🐳 Full cycle studio of Software and Hardware development (B2G, B2B, B2C). Edtech, Fintech, MedTech, KYC, Wellness, E-documents, CRM. Markets: Russia, Europe. 

1) Build design department from scratch. For this purpose I recruited 7 students via interviews and test cases. And then trained all design team members to middle+ grade;
2) Started development of corporate design system and brand;
3) Art-directed website for educational department IM-7 (Informational management) in Bauman State University;
4) Created by Qoollo design department: 9 UX/UI prototypes of large analytical
and automation web and Android apps; 7 multi-page websites; 53 presentations; 26 videos; 20+ animations; 200+ illustrations; 64 icons and logos; 3 interior design projects of the office; 9 types of merch; 2 brand books;
5) Established weekly educational sessions with lectures and master classes. Also I acted as a main speaker at more than 23 educational events.

2) Done UX and UI design of web app for managing brand transformation processes for Russian major bank (NDA);

🚗 Designed vehicle exteriors, interiors, and HMI systems, integrating UX principles, CMF, and
ergonomics. Developed high-fidelity concepts, 3D visualizations, and market-ready innovations. 

1) I researched and analized design, marketing and engineering aspects of a projects;
2) Designed automotive and industrial design concepts via sketching, 3d modeling, rendering and prototyping for Renault, Lada, Kamaz, Traft, Elica and Kuhonny dvor brands;

5) Created posters and booklets for Renault, Lada, Elica, Kamaz, Traft, Kuhonny dvor.

Developed in Catia 3D model of wood form for creating Helicopter interior detail. Then form was implemented into production process.
