Greetings, colleague!
I have more than seven years of experience in developing various services and projects, from b2b to high-load systems. My goal is to learn new things and understand our field more deeply. Now I'm focusing on studying Golang and AWS, because they can be used to create fast and reliable systems.
What will I help with? My experience is based on the JVM world and in this aspect I have the greatest expertise, so if we talk about technical issues:
1) Java / Kotlin developers, including Senior level. – Code quality control, step by step. – Integration with the AQA team or its creation. –Analyze the growth plan, and work out goals. – Talk about the caches and why they are. – Which database to choose and for what purposes? – Your question!
2) Managers and team leads: – How to conduct 1-2-1 and why it is important. – Targeting. – Working out questions about hiring and retaining employees.
3) Testers who want to move into backend development.
