I’m driven by a dream to make the digital world more human. It’s what led me initially to marketing work in the nonprofit sector, and then to a complete career shift into product and UX design. I know how hard it can be to navigate the tech world, especially when you don’t look like anyone else in the room. But I hope I can make it easier by offering what I’ve learned from over 8 years of experience in the tech industry. I operated as a design team of one at multiple Series A startups, led product visions at DoorDash, and even ran my own freelance business. I’ve also worked as a design career mentor at Pathrise and as a UXD immersive instructor at General Assembly. And recently, I made an international move, giving up a higher salary for my mental well being. I believe we are more than the products we create – we’re also the connections we make and the stories we tell.
