My approach to research is rooted in the principle of understanding the root cause issues. I'm a firm believer in collaboration and regularly orchestrate collision workshops that bring together diverse stakeholders. By inviting their perspectives, we uncover multifaceted insights that contribute to holistic problem-solving.
Typically, outputs from research include personas, customer journey maps, and user flows etc where I often use these artefact to weave narratives that resonate with teams. Through these visual aids, I illuminate user pain points and needs, ensuring that every member of the team empathises deeply with our users.
I am also familiar with different type of research techniques such as survey, card sorting, AB testing and diary studies etc. These methods, combined with thought-provoking questions, help me to dissect complex problems and unearth insights that drive actionable outcomes.
