Sessions with Ioana Dayagi

Introduction to Payments (45 min): Did you think FinTech is a cool place to be but you don't really know a lot about Payments? In this session, we can look together at the credit card ecosystem, different payment processors or AKA in the payments world. I will provide sources for you to learn more, important events to participate.

Build a Product Roadmap (45 min): In our interactive sessions, you'll learn essential market research techniques, how to define a clear and compelling vision, set measurable and achievable goals, and foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, you'll gain hands-on experience in crafting impactful product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
CV Review - PM Entrance/Transitioning (30 min): Entering the Product Manager path might be conceived as difficult. I can help you understand what are the main required traits for a product manager and review your CV together. We will have 2 sessions- one for the first review and the second one to summarize and approve your new CV.
