Creator and teacher of the first course in Domestika about Product Management

I mentor, coach, and empower people to help them in their professional careers to become Product Managers and make an impact in their careers and environment.

idealista is the number 1 website portal in Spain, Italy and Portugal for the search for housing. Valued in 2021 on 1.321 million €. Also with other services such as data, mortgages, and software for real estate agencies.

🌟 I was Product Manager in two different full product squads (engineering, UX, data, and business) in all the product life cycle at discovery, development, implementation, and continuous improvement. On the huge challenge of the digital transformation of the rental process and rental contracts.

- Launch of the first process in Spain for the digital transformation of rental contracts, empowering users for the first time in Spain to create and sign the house rental contract 100% online.
- Also working on another product with another team to give users the opportunity to value their home for free to help them in the big pain-point of the customer journey of selling their house.

Always providing the best experience and collaborating with executives and stakeholders to work aligned on the business and strategic goals.

Learning from research and customer feedback working hand to hand with UX and Data to discover the right product to build. Focus always on delivering value, measuring the impact, and having a good work environment with trust and respect.

Some of my main functions:

- Defining Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Developing new products and incremental MVPs, analyzing the results and continuous improvement
- Create and manage the Product Backlog all the scrum ceremonies with the squad
- Defining dashboards with the Data team, set and follow metrics, OKR´S and KPI´S
- Collaborate hand in hand with the business team and stakeholders to co-create all together the solution and bring the business needs to the product
- Always focused on users and adding real value
- Definition and coordination of the launch strategy
- Recruitment, helping other teams without product managers and giving workshops and talks about Product Management
