Following the acquisition of Techlightenment, I was seconded to the business in January 2011. Since January 2011 I have been working with Techlightenment a recent Experian acquisition in the social media marketing and technology space based in the heart of London's Tech City. Managing operational change in multiple areas (delivery, business process, product development lifecycle, service operations and production support). Also working with technology teams on scalability of cloud based services.
