I am a lead product designer with 20+ years of experience in creating digital solutions for web, mobile, and desktop platforms. Designers are my tribe and I love talking to colleagues, whether we are discussing a specific task they are tackling, industry problems in general, a conflict they have at the workplace, or their career ladder. I am usually the person on the team who will set up some learning/growth system in the company if one does not exist because I know how important it is for a job to give as much as it takes.
