Launched and scaled Miro’s company-wide Voice of Customer and Enterprise Feedback Programs. Facilitated $100K+ expansion opportunities through individualized client coaching, strategic partnership management, scaled facilitation, and enterprise webinar design. Founded the first cross-departmental enterprise feedback team to address the client-product feedback loop, directly improving feedback collection processes.
