Planing and executing a program for Accessibility focused on a shift left mindset mainly for designers, user researchers, UX writers and  other stakeholders. The program targets a cross department alignment to find and prevent accessibility defects early in the sw development lifecycle.

This role provides support for the SAP Customer Experience User Experience (CX UX) team spread across several locations and countries. Allocated to Commerce Cloud, I provide UX solutions that includes wireframes, click through prototypes, test planning and execution, I conduct research and competitive analysis to several teams located in America, Europe and China. This work requires coordination with Product Owners, Front End developers and QAs for correct implementation of recommended design. I also have the huge privilege of leading Accessibility for Designers at CX UX Design as a cross topic that affects several LoBs. This includes planning and running meetings, workshops and alignments with SAP Inclusive Design. The group created several A11Y kits for designers to train and plan accessibility. Among them A11Y succes critertia for designers, SAP A11Y Standards Booklet for UX Designers, Annotations Guideline for focus order, Screen Reading and Component Design.

Defining UX and Design strategy for CX Commerce Cloud (CC) while maintaining the necessary alignment with designer inside commerce and other SAP organizations. My mandate requires that I (1) elaborate, communicate and enforce corporate and internal guidelines, (2) coordinate UX and design with other disciplines like UI Development, Architecture, Quality Assurance and Documentation.

Leading a team of UX designers, visual designers and user researchers remotely located is my greatest professional challenge. A challenge I embraced with all my heart and humility. I am greateful to have been given the opportunity to work with such amazing team. The teams' unique set of skills, collaboration spirit, their creative minds and incredible focus on our mission is paramount to deliver the future of harmonized SAP Intelligent Enterprise. The team is certainly influencing Fiori 3
and building the unified suite for CX Commerce Cloud and C/4Hana. The smooth engagement of designers and development teams is generating awesome results specially with regards of Fiori Fundamentals enablement. What a journey!

I had the greatest pleasure to support the SAP hybris SmartEdit team to deliver a revamped and modernized content management tool for Commerce storefronts.

Learning a health system solution for Remote Patient Monitoring and providing interactive solutions to facilitate the daily work of nurses and clinicians.

Responsible for ensuring positive experiences for Payza’s customers while using services or contacting Payza through customer support. Worked with innovative ideas to deliver a pleasant UX for Payza’s products and services. Work closely with Product Managers and other departments in order to maintain a customer-centric approach consistent with Payza’s vision, brand, products, services and CS. Conducted interviews with several stakeholders’ to collect and impressions about products and workflows to propose improvements. Created Journey Maps to analyse and evaluate communication processes. Tested features and processes. Created user’s segments, personas and customer’s diary to raise pain points. Created mock ups, wireframes and frameworks for complex systems and processes. Managed products conception to release including business cases analysis, interface design, prototypes, specifications and interaction design for complex systems and tasks. Managed small and urgent requests to implement fixes or improvements. Created a drip campaign to engage current members by offering them the Next Best Action (NBA) in collaboration with marketing department.

Responsible for market research, requirement elicitation and scope definition for most major projects as well as project follow-up and UAT. Working closely with the Business Analysts in developing requirements, usability solutions and acting as the main stakeholder for most major projects.

Defining business needs, writing specifications and eliciting, modelling, validating and managing requirements.

I digitized, organized and structured data information to achieve a more efficient operation process. The new method to manage the daycare data for registered children and waiting list was improved using specific formulas in Excel to assure a daily update of children’s age.

Worked on system flows analysis, information architecture and graphical interfaces. Delivered task models and contextual analysis documents for a collaborative system that allowed registration and evaluation of nationwide federal projects through a system to be used among more than 5,000 cities. Participation in workgroups for political projects. All activities were related to the Brazilian Open University Program for Distance Learning.

I coordinated the development of a project for the Observatory for Drug’s Information managed by the government. The program offers a controlled and collaborative system to 5,000 associated Brazilian organisations where information about drug prevention and treatment are registered. Organizations benefit from this project by creating websites to share information on a nationwide collaborative web system posting drug facts, local data and statistics. Government benefits by using shared information to create programs and give directions to political strategies. I conducted meetings, created  conceptual models, user interfaces, prototypes, wrote specification, analysis reports and requirements, and coordinated the development. Project results: Success transition of the system’s data from the older system to the new one after conducting requirements’ validation and tests.

Provided consultation to create and develop information architecture tasks and formation on interface, interaction and evaluation projects for students form the last semester of the system information programme to make them able to discuss the subject and also to elaborate and to run evaluation/test activities

Coordinated the development of a nationwide academic portal and the deployment of its beta version used for over 100 professors from 15 federal universities to share and manage content through the internet with their students. Developed conceptual model, interfaces, information architecture and conducted surveys. Participated in the re-design of institutional website creating surveys, walkthrough evaluation and information architecture.
