Hi, I'm Iryna, and I bring over 8 years of experience in designing and implementing UX/UI solutions for complex enterprise products. Currently, I lead a team with full responsibility for the design process, UX roadmap, and communication with Fortune 500 client stakeholders on digital transformation projects.
In my leadership role, I also act as a Hiring Manager. Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve conducted more than 200 technical interviews for international teams, giving me in-depth experience in selecting and evaluating designers.
