Designed the entire cross-platform SaaS product from concept to launch on desktop and mobile as the sole designer. Delivered a consumer live chat platform, chat agent app, client admin app, and internal admin app. Presented mockups in design reviews with C-level executives to get feedback until reaching final designs. Collaborated with overseas developers to provide guidance on the design system, facilitate development, and conduct quality assurance testing.

Designed a customer support portal for an identity authentication client, which entailed creating wireframes, detailed mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas. Worked closely with product management and client stakeholders to take input, requirements, and feedback. Provided training and guidance to the UX intern.

Increased revenue up to 13% for ecommerce clients. Success metrics were analyzed through A/B testing. Redesigned responsive ecommerce and enterprise applications based off insights found from surveys, ethnographic field studies, and user interviews.

Contributed to 17 closed deals which totaled over $1M in expected revenue for the Adwords enterprise sales team.
