• 15-min Discovery Call (15 min): Let's understand your goals, what's worrying you, and whether we're actually a good match to work together.
• Product Management Mock Case Interview (60 min): If you have a PM case interview coming up, this is your chance to rehearse it for real. In a 45-minute live session, you'll work through a product improvement question and show how you plan, prioritize and think strategically under pressure. We'll close with 15 minutes of live feedback, so you walk away knowing exactly what worked and what to improve.
• Product Leadership Mock Interview (60 min): Strategic roles are won or lost on how well you tell your story. In this 45-minute mock interview, you'll answer behavioral questions that test your leadership, judgment and ability to work with others. The last 15 minutes are for candid feedback on your answers, so you know how to show up more confidently in the real interview.
• Burnout Recovery in People-centric Roles (60 min): You're a people person - it's literally what you love about your job. But lately? It's been draining the life out of you. We can fix that! In this coaching series, we'll uncover what's draining you, build real boundaries that work for your life, and help you rediscover why you loved working with people in the first place. Because burnout doesn't have to be the price of caring.
• Your Path to Promotion (60 min): Doing great work doesn't always lead to a promotion, especially at senior levels, where the bar is less about output and more about scope, influence and how others see your impact. In this session, we'll look at where you are today, what the next level actually expects of you and how to close that gap. We'll also work on making your impact visible to the people who decide promotions, so you walk away with a clear plan and a stronger case for your next step.
• Leading High-Performing Product Teams (60 min): Managing a team well takes more than running good processes. It depends on how you set direction, give feedback, handle conflict and keep people motivated when things get hard. In this session, we'll work through the real challenges you're facing with your team, whether that's an underperformer, low morale after a tough quarter or a team that's growing faster than your systems. You'll leave with practical approaches you can start using with your team straight away.
