As a UX Designer at Rayyan Systems, I enhanced the systematic review process for researchers worldwide by incorporating User Experience Methodologies. I conducted thorough analyses and evaluations of the current state of the
mobile app, conceptualized web features, and designed user flows and scenario diagrams. My iterative design process involved gathering and acting on feedback to refine and optimize the user experience, ensuring that the final product met both user needs and technical constraints.

At Inframodern, a tech-investment firm, l collaborated on various projects in the ERP, MRP, and CRM domains. I worked closely with product managers and owners to develop the architectural and strategic aspects of our products. My responsibilities included creating user flows, scenario diagrams, and initial design concepts, followed by refining these designs based on feedback. This role demanded a thorough understanding of both technical constraints and user needs to produce effective and polished Ul designs.

As a Product Manager at Trustbill, I oversaw the development and execution of the company's product vision and roadmap. This role involved setting priorities based on contextual insights, defining interim and final goals, and communicating these to both the software and business teams. I was responsible for establishing delivery timelines and overseeing the product development phases to ensure successful project completion. My tasks ranged from managing teams and processes to conducting research and analysis to support informed decision-making.

In my role as a Product Designer at Trustbill, I served as the primary liaison among engineers, business stakeholders, and users. I contributed to both high and low-level design decisions, focusing on user advocacy and meeting emerging needs. My work included researching, analyzing, and ideating solutions to user problems, prototyping, and iterating designs based on direct feedback. This role required a blend of strategic vision and hands-on design skills to ensure that all design outputs met user needs and business goals.
