•	Developing and implementing the risk operating model, including key policies, the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), and governance structures.

Business Analyst (Salesforce), Risk Management

•	I manage acquiring high risk merchants from onboarding through to merchant transaction monitoring.
•	Ensure the implementation of Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence is carried out for high-risk merchants.
•	Identifying transactions that deviate from normal customer behaviour and monitoring patterns across the various payment channels.
•	Supported senior analysts in conducting risk assessments and developing risk reports
•	Assisted in the development of risk management policies and procedures as well as data protection operations
•	Recommending and implementing fraud mitigation strategies across various payment channel, while minimising customer friction.

- Design fraud monitoring rules to keep fraud rate at its barest minimum

•	Logging, Accepting and Declining of claims on Extraswitch Arbiter (an automated dispute resolution system designed to resolve dispute on Interswitch network).
•	Ensure operational processes are adequate, documented and enforced (e.g. fraud monitoring, dispute management, KYC, chargebacks and protection policies).
