Ivan Chalif VP of Product & Operations | AI-Native Product Strategy & Organizational Scale
I'm a product and operations leader with 20+ years building and scaling SaaS organizations with process -re-engineering, improved UX, and recently through AI-native innovation. I've spent my career in two modes: architecting zero-to-one products from scratch, and navigating the messier work of scaling platforms and teams through high-growth ambiguity.
Most recently, I led the product and operations transformation at Presto Automation, where I steered the organization to a Generative AI-native architecture.
Prior to that, I've worn different hats: directing product strategy for IoT and real-time systems, leading global product teams at automotive scale, building governance platforms for boards, and unifying enterprise infrastructure through 3 IPOs. Across these roles, I've focused on three things: organizational design, strategic clarity, and operational excellence.
