At Melco, I worked as a Senior Business Analyst. I analyze the current business process and deliver solutions to make our loyalty program (Melco Club App) better: whether it is about implementing a ticketing system for our cross-border transportation service or OCR to improve our onboarding experiences.
As the subject matter expert of the releasing features, I create presentations to demonstrate business value and the proposed operational changes. I work with stakeholders on new verticals launches and process improvements across Macau, Manila, and Cyprus.

I build practical websites that only focus on converting traffic into leads.

At BloomMe, I drove three product revamps as an initiative for improving customer and user satisfaction. Whether it is conducting customer interviews, analyzing and evaluating tracking data, to outlining the product roadmaps to make our products (BloomMe App, BloomMe Pro, CRM) better. I work closely with our sales, customer success, and finance team to reduce the operational cost through API integrations with Stripe and Chargebee.
