Working with product and engineering

Tips on how to work and collaborate with engineers and developers.

Working with engineers

- Refactored two legacy internal testing services onto a modern TypeScript stack, dramatically improving system stability and accelerating feature delivery.
- Spearheaded an FHIR‑based EMR system as an internal tool to enable a live demo environment for external customers and serve as a tool for multiple projects across the company, dramatically improving development speed and QA testing of all integrations.
- Developed a documentation portal for platform applications with in-line content editing—eliminating code changes for updates and empowering non-technical contributors.
- Directed technical strategy for a flagship project integrating core services into the EHR ecosystem of top-tier providers. Built scalable front-end architecture and accelerated delivery of new features, reducing integration time by 30%.
