Loctax is a collaborative tax governance platform offering a single place for global tax teams to manage and achieve full control of all tax responsibilities.

Currently, I am a Senior Product Design Consultant. My daily work consists of advising startups and mid to large-sized companies on how to deal with their design challenges and bring user needs, business challenges, timelines, and budgets together. Acting as an advocate for end-users and encouraging a people-focused design mentality throughout the software development life cycle. Mentoring our design teams on how to estimate and consult our clients through the delivery process. Building partner-like relationships with the clients and project stakeholders.

My area of expertise is Product Design (UX, UI), design systems, design thinking, workshops, user research, and low-code solutions.

I worked as a Product Designer for international projects (USA, UK, Luxembourg, Poland). In addition to UX and UI design tasks, I run UX workshops (online/offline), conduct UX and accessibility audits, and advise on projects as a UX designer. A lot of consideration was given to accessibility rules (WCAG 2.1), user perspective, and technical constraints. I worked on various types of projects, from conception to development and redesign. My work includes designing experiences for web, native apps, and watches. It involves working closely with clients, product owners, managers and developers.

In this strongly developing organization, I was in charge of the UX department. I created an onboarding plan for new employees and led design projects. My team was driven by teamwork, cooperation, hard work, and passion. I had the pleasure of leading a group of passionate UX designers who wanted to gain new experience and develop their skills.

I worked as a UX designer (UX research, interaction design, sketching, wireframes, visual design, and development phases) to create a widely available portal for technical documentation. I designed two additional web applications for technical writers to empower search engine functionality by taking advantage of machine learning and DITA tags. In my free time, I manage my own project with the support of a team of designers and programmers to enhance the work experience in technical writing.

As part of my job, I was able to act as a technical documentation developer and write technical documentation for cloud BTS using DITA and Topic-Based writing techniques.

I programmed and designed simple websites (HTML, CSS). Planning, designing, implementing and developing multimedia for Nokia's mobile network products. Collaborating with Technical Writers to create the best user experience possible.

As a Product designer, I redesigned and developed the UI of blog.mamabu.pl (WordPress). Identified and evaluated online store navigation by categorizing content - funnelling traffic through content. Then, as a UX writer, I edited the website s content. In a meanwhile, I was responsible for product management and contacting manufacturers, business partners and influencers to increase conversion ratio.

I worked on the new features to the cloud-based product. Together with the sales team and programmers, I worked on improving the product's UX. My responsibilities included evolving the design and user experience of the cloud-based solution for schools and the cloud-based printing solution for businesses. I learned the most when I was in charge of redesigning the company's Extranet information structure (preparing new information architecture, infographics, and employee guidelines).
