As the Head of Research at TuneIn, with 75 million active users, I have had the opportunity to shape the direction of our product and drive meaningful impact for our users. Throughout my career, I have found immense satisfaction in guiding and supporting my juniors in their growth and development, helping them unlock their full potential. My expertise in research, product development, and management and my passion for mentoring allows me to provide valuable insights and practical advice to mentees.

Having successfully built a research practice within a 300-person startup, I am well-versed in the challenges and opportunities of developing a high-performing team. I understand the importance of employing effective tactics to gain leadership buy-in and establish a culture that fosters innovation and collaboration. By joining ADPList as a mentor, I hope to share my experiences and lessons learned with aspiring leaders and researchers, assisting them in overcoming obstacles and achieving their career goals. Additionally, I look forward to contributing to the vibrant community of mentors and mentees, exchanging ideas, and learning from each other to improve continually.
