- Directed and led the UI modernization initiative to upgrade Splunk’s legacy enterprise UI
- Revamped the developer experience for the Splunk App Marketplace ecosystem 
- Pioneered the integration of AI into the team’s design workflow through early experimentation

- Leading the design of the Splunk App Marketplace (Splunkbase) to enhance the developer experience
- Developing an internal design kit to standardize patterns and enhance design consistency across teams
- Led the research and user interviews to improve the configuration experience for Federated Search with Amazon Security Lake

- A 11-weeks design project collaboarating with a researcher, a product manager and an engineer 
- Redesigned an internal Admins Dashboard UI to improve the app approval process on Splunkbase
- Developed low-fi and mid-fi prototype for concept demonstration and user testing
- Consolidated research findings to flesh out the user needs and priorities of design solution

- Collaborated with a team of 15 designers to build a 1:1 ratio cabin mock up to showcase an immersive cabin experience for passengers and flight attendents
- Coordinated with industrial designers to sketch out 200+ concepts of an intergrated experience for passengers to interact with the physical cabin environment through the mobile app 
- Developed lo-fi & hi-fi wireframes and prototypes for concept presentation

- Collaborated with 10 designers to build a desktop based application incorporating in-depth user interviews and testing findings for HR officers to leverage AI for talants development
- Developed a system map to visualize the relationhips between the challenges and opportunities in AI and HR for client presentation
- Developed UI wireframes and create prototype to demonstrate the concept for the clients

Design ads (in forms of printed design, poster and social media posts) for A/B testing to optimize the marketing performance. Redesign the EDMs to improve the readibilty and click-through rate.

- Designed wireframes and task flows to visualize design concepts for a theme park’s mobile app
- Conducted benchmarking on product features and UI design to stay on top of the industry

Campus Recruitment and Marketing:
• Responsible for managing TFHK website and all Online Media Channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Linkedin
• Spearhead the whole campus marketing effort that led to 170 applications for 2017-18 
• Arranged the logistics for all first round and second interviews with the partner schools 

Development and Communication:
• Pitched TFHK to various media and secured interviews in almost every major media outlet: Apple Daily, Cable News, SCMP...etc
• Assisted the team to help secure new funding opportunities and prepare all fundraising proposals and presentations
