Integrated the Communication and Interior Design team to develop in store: media and customer flows based on retail strategies. Designed customer experiences focused on intuitive and stress-free shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
Development and management of company websites, online pages, and social media accounts. Content and communications strategy focused on company’s latest innovations and strategies. Management and maintenance of internal channels for a community of 700 designers. 
Key Achievements:
Increased clarity in global communications which resulted in a higher level of engagement and traffic on website and publications. 
Successfully directed the communication of Philips' hybrid exhibition for Dutch Design Week driving hundreds of visitors to the location and the online platform. 
Supported senior design technologist and developers in improving internal tools that facilitate the work of the design community.

Responsibilities:
Production of audiovisual content, articles, and publications explaining company’s horizons and strategic positioning in the healthcare industry. Simplification and visualization of complex healthcare technology concepts for online platforms, such as websites and articles. Created internal communication to support management during global agile transformation. 
Developed prototypes and wireframes for applications and software. Joined the service solution delivery team to develop personas and storyboards to help identify opportunities.
Key Achievements:
Deployed a storytelling strategy that increased the level of understanding of Philips solutions and business strategies from external and internal audiences. 
Produced content that inspired viewers and generated a sense of pride in employees according to feedback and surveys.
Assisted senior strategists in creating playbooks to guide designers in working with patient and clinicians.

Responsibilities:
Created wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.  Supported senior designers in the creation of an activation framework to increase adoption of Philip's solutions. Helped standardize maps, flows, and journeys for more efficient design work. Developed and implemented information architecture propositions to structure strategic content on company’s website. Created diagrams and infographics to support global communications and reports. Conducted user research and gap analysis to improve the user experience of company’s online pages and applications.
Key Achievements 
Clarified and visualised new internal working model which increased employee adoption according to surveys and research. 
Created a visual storytelling strategy that has been used across global communications.

Graduation research on the notion of “Measuring Impact” in the social design and philanthropic design realm. Quantitative and qualitative research, analysis and consolidation of research into online outputs (responsive research reports and website). Worked on my project alongside my internship at Philips Design where I supported research on employee engagement and created visual outputs.
