Onboarding new users

As Design Manager, I lead a multidisciplinary team of 10+ specialists across SaaS, Fintech, and BFSI domains. I pioneered an AI-accelerated workflow (using UXpilot, FigJam AI, and Claude) that cut manual design debt by 40%, directly spearheading 20+ rapid POCs that secured partnerships with Microsoft, HP, and Costco—all while managing project budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance for my team.

Directed UX strategy for high-scale B2B/B2C logistics and supply chain platforms across 19,000+ pin codes, transforming complex, data-heavy operational workflows into intuitive digital experiences. I redesigned last-mile tracking, automated sorting, and route optimisation workflows to drastically reduce field executive delivery friction. Additionally, I established a cohesive cross-platform design framework that streamlined real-time analytics and high-volume dashboards while partnering with engineering and product teams to modernize legacy portals into accessible responsive interfaces, significantly accelerating development handoffs and reducing design debt.

Architected the end-to-end design strategy for LYNK's core operational infrastructure, including advanced inventory management, route optimisation, and fulfilment systems, which served as the primary catalyst for the company’s strategic acquisition by Swiggy Instamart. I translated complex, data-heavy logistics workflows into intuitive internal ecosystems that maximised warehouse throughput and drove field executive efficiency in high-velocity environments. By leveraging data analytics and field usability research, I spearhead a complete overhaul of the partner-facing application to eliminate critical friction points and materially improve order fulfilment success rates. Furthermore, I scaled and mentored a team of three designers, orchestrating the full product lifecycle from LYNK’s early internal tooling through to its post-acquisition integration into Swiggy’s hyper-local commerce engine.

Collaborated with design peers to ideate enhancements and features. Created quick prototypes with Sketch and InVision. Developed design strategy, user research, personas, user flow, IA, and designs using established methods, stakeholder input, and user insights. Supported Product team in implementing and sustaining continuous integration, continuous delivery practices.

Brainstormed with peers and other members of the design team to determine enhancements and product features. Engineered prototypes to support research and usability testing.

Designed Android and iOS apps from inception, crafting seamless user experiences. Revamped an existing B2C website to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Innovatively designed a gamified form for loan and credit card applications to promote user engagement and ease of use.
