Conducted contextual inquiries with ICs and managers across enterprise, consulting and non-profit sector to build a structured framework for integrating AppDynamics into Splunk Observability. Led cross-functional workshops for stakeholder alignment across new feature ideation and development. Built a quantitative model to assess experiential changes and predict adpoption. Spearheaded a company-wide democratization program to promote and teach best practices for evaluative research to designers, product and engineering partners.

Developed and executed a comprehensive research roadmap for Splunk’s Observability Cloud, focusing on self-guided trials, user journey optimization, and product value assessment across APM and IMM. Conducted contextual inquiries with SREs, DevOps engineers, and AppDevs to uncover pain points and inform strategic product and business decisions. Led cross-functional workshops, created customer journey maps, and provided actionable insights that shaped the FY24 product roadmap, improving key user adoption and conversion metrics.

Drove key improvements in user engagement and workflow efficiency by providing behavioral insights into task completion times and checkout abandonment through targeted research for clients in energy and gas sector (Chevron, ExxonMobil).

Led large-scale studies on VR-based cognitive-neuroenhancement games, improving gameplay metrics by analyzing inter-age differences in digital navigation, and assessing social interactions and emotional arousal in immersive media using contextual inquiry, psychometric testing and biosensory data.

Instructed Human-Centered Design principles to Masters/PhD students from Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Design at Cornell University. Led discussions and demonstrations on multiple topics, including Inclusive Research and Experience Prototyping. Facilitated collaboration between students and Weill Cornell Medicine to develop translational guidelines for enhancing the digital patient experience in a new Neurology unit.
