I am helping to transform the company from a traditional consulting/brokerage firm into a state-of-the-art SaaS company by delivering BI and Data Analytics solutions to our consultants and clients.
I managed the development of the HRX Benchmarking and Insights reporting platform, allowing clients to compare their benefits plans against hundreds of their competitors.
I developed the RTW Contact Tracing and Insights reporting platform, allowing clients to track and trace their employees in case of a COVID-19 outbreak.
I developed internal dashboards and reporting systems to track usage of our website features and mobile app.
I built out over 20% of the EDW's dimension and fact tables, from point of ingestion to analytics exports.
I developed new tables and ETL processes for the EDW which underpin several reporting platforms and analytical tools.
I managed a major migration of our BI platform from Sisense to TCRM in under two months.

I developed an automated validation system between user activity and membership affiliation, saving 10 personnel-hours per week in manual adjustments. 
I ran ad-hoc analyses for a wide range of stakeholders throughout the company and our partners.
I became the point person on our EDW membership assignment system within 4 months.
I maintained and enhanced ETL procedures using Hive, Spark 2, HDFS, and Redshift to bring accurate and timely data to our internal and external stakeholders.
I became the data security advocate for the BI and Analytics team.

I authored over 700 external validation checks and reports for the National Transit Database, which are still being used as templates for the validation integration process.
I conducted periodic analyses to define and measure validation analyst and reporting agency response KPI's and identify validation process pain points.
I developed and maintain the enterprise analytical data platform for the newly migrated Safety and Security National Transit Database data. In doing so, I verified over a decade of Safety and Security data, developed multiple distinct sets of views for validation and data product creation purposes and developed Python scripts to scrub data prior to analysis and presentation.
I led the cross-platform database migration process from Oracle 11g to MySQL, compensating for differences in engines, indexing, and SQL language versions with a 100% success rate in data retention and verification.
I led the effort to develop new NTD agency profiles, during which I redesigned and developed new templates for Full, Reduced, Building, Planning, Separate Service, Tribal, and Rural Reporter types, mined, validated, and transformed NTD data to populate them, developed VBA code to mass produce the new profiles in Microsoft Office, and led the validation and QC effort for finished products.
I also conducted ad hoc special data analyses and presentations as needed, under short deadlines and high pressure scenarios.
I created templates for process documentation in validation product development and deployment and documented the creation and deployment processes for 53 products and validation tools.
I identified software development gaps and pain points in existing database and proposed system-independent solutions for further development by FTA IT contractors.
I developed a new data warehouse for product development and archiving.
I also conducted feasibility research for integration of Federal Rail Administration (FRA) Safety and NTD databases.

I collaborated with 11 University fund raising organizations to implement QR code tagging in outgoing donation solicitations, which cut the processing time in half and the data entry error rate by 90%.
I developed a help desk database to monitor donor issues and track data entry errors, which halved the average issue resolution time, and eliminated issue loss entirely.
I also developed a wire transfer database to track and process inter-departmental money transfers, which cut the processing time nearly in half.
I collaborated with the Gift Accounting office to implement QR coding in electronic data entry, which increased data entry speed by factor of 10, and almost completely eliminated data entry errors for that transaction type.
I used Visual Basic to automate the generation of donation receipts, cutting production time from 4 hours daily to 15 minutes (daily)
I documented policies and procedures to bring the Gift Accounting office in line with industry best practices.
I performed data entry for donations to the College Foundation and the Darden Business School with exceptional reliability and efficiency.
I managed the archiving, storage, and disposal of all Gift Accounting office records.

I managed the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the audio visual equipment for up to 230 classrooms at a time.
I provided timely, high quality, on-site technical support to professors and students throughout the University.
I assisted in installing audio visual equipment in 5 classrooms at Duke University.
