Hello, I'm Jakob. I'm a generalist: entrepreneur, marketer, designer, customer experience consultant, developer, and a former agency founder and leader.
My interests are deep and broad. I regularly work with companies and organizations of all sizes as a consultant in user and customer experience design. I mentor and coach business owners in marketing, pricing, and strategy. I use design methods to make companies more competitive by creating real customer value and impact.
While I love tech, my mind also relishes time away from it. I'm an outdoors person who enjoys the fragrance of a dry birchwood fire while sipping coffee next to a lean-to shelter overlooking a lake in fall. I'm also a big fan of skiing and exploring the world's underwater realms as a scuba diver.
