First design hire, leading product design from 0 → launch across three major decentralized cloud products:
	•	Store (formerly hiveDisk): Designed a distributed cloud storage platform for iOS, Android, and Desktop — adopted by ~400K users globally. Created and scaled the cross-platform ‘Honey’ design system. Led user research and partnered with marketing to shape product direction, positioning, messaging, and growth strategies. Leveraged insights from Mixpanel, GTM, and Domo to inform design decisions.
	•	Compute: Led design for a distributed GPU/CPU compute platform for HPC workloads, onboarding first paying customers in Mar ’25. Advocated for a fast go-to-market strategy using the Radix design system, and designed a modular UI framework to support future product lines. Informed product and growth decisions using product analytics and marketing data.
	•	hiveGPT: Designed a privacy-first LLM inference tool deployable over secure, distributed infrastructure — enabling enterprise AI workflows without compromising internal data privacy.
	•	Redesigned and maintained the marketing website (hivenet.com) in Webflow, collaborating closely with marketing to support go-to-market and brand efforts.

• Led the design and rollout of Qualio’s first design system, enabling consistency and efficiency across 4 designers and 30+ engineers, and laying the foundation for a major platform redesign.
• Drove 0→1 design of a new Supplier Management module — from discovery to delivery — grounded in customer research, product strategy alignment, and technical feasibility.
• Redesigned the core Events module, facilitating design sprints and using interactive prototyping to align cross-functional teams on a new product direction.
• Advocated for scalable design practices in a growing team, contributing to the maturation of Qualio’s design culture and operational workflows.
