- Helped design the purchasing experience of a redesigned Apple online store. With a focus on communicating consumer benefits and providing up-to-date information regarding store re-openings and covid safety procedures. This led to a rapid increase in online sales during the height of the global pandemic.

- Mentored first-year UX designers and design interns looking for guidance, advice, and support as we operated in uncertain times.
