Executed various product and UX design projects for Fabrio (fabriodesign.com), an online CAD learning platform for academic institutions, CAD professionals, students, and undergraduates in the United States and the United Kingdom. Key achievements in this role include: improving course completion rates by at least 40% by incorporating ARC models and gamification elements in Fabrio's unique CAD learning courses; designing learning management applications that have helped reduce CAD grading times for teachers and professors from literal weeks to hours by streamlining key processes and workflows to make them manageable in one easy to use web application.

At Semicolon, I was one of 5 product designers in a cross-functional team of over 40 product managers, developers, and digital marketers. I worked on two key products rolled into 1:

1. A recruitment management application for organizations and professional recruiters
2. An online learning platform, a course marketplace, and a learning management application.

For these projects, I explored and incorporated pedagogical models like ARCS and Octalysis into the design of the various courses. I also worked on both the learning and learning management aspects of the product. This helped me develop a holistic perspective on how knowledge is conceptualized, developed, transferred, and appraised in academic and non-academic learning organizations. It also made me a lifelong advocate for human-focused teaching and learning.

Reeach is an ongoing self promoted concern through which I aim to organise Africa's consumer goods market and make it more efficient and accessible to all.

Delvv.io was set up to provide expert creative critiquing services to companies trying to launch new products or services into new or existing markets. I appraised multi-channel marketing materials like ads for clarity, message effectiveness, appeal and demographic fit.

I designed marketing materials including T-shirt designs that were worn during a CNN African start up special on the start up.

Printberry is an affiliate of Whitehope Media and Advertising, for whom I was one of three freelance graphic designers that worked on projects for Whitehope's clients including Leventis Foods, Lagos, Ovom Girls Old Students' Association USA Chapter and also led the redesign of Whitehope Media & Advertising Limited's brand. My work featured significantly on Printberry's website, www.printberry.ng.
