As a Lead Product Manager I report directly into the CEO and have full ownership of:
- Product strategy 
- Revenue growth 
- Managing product team
- Product execution 
- Implementing product frameworks and processes


Collaborating with executives and senior leaders to define the vision for multiple products and align roadmaps with customer needs and business OKRs. Currently leading a team of 4, identifying both B2C and B2B opportunities to drive business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, serving as Acting Head of Product Delivery on occasion.

As a Product Manager, I was responsible for owning the product roadmap and creating high-impact software solutions across web and mobile platforms. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering, to manage and build products that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Built and optimised investing tools to support portfolio management and decision-making. Streamlined workflows and reduced manual effort through analysis and automation, implementing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Developed performance and risk dashboards for daily use by traders, enabling intraday monitoring of exposure and positions.
- Reduced trade reconciliation workload by 70% through Excel macro automation.

I owned Credit and Debt products, including Overdraft, Secured and Unsecured Loans. I led digital initiatives with cross-functional teams in B2C and B2B settings, monitored financial performance and used acquisition, retention and pricing strategies to achieve annual revenue goals.
