¡Hola! 👋🏻 I'm Jami, a service designer with eight years of experience across fintech, healthcare and education. I grew up in Lima and started my career there, working on banking services and digital health. I later moved to London for an MA in Service Design at UAL, drawn by their focus on design justice and complex public services.
I help organisations understand the gap between how they think their services work and how people actually experience them. That means research, journey mapping, facilitation and codesign, with accessibility built in from the start and users involved throughout, so what gets built actually works for them.
Based in Edinburgh and planning a move to Spain. Fluent in Spanish and English.
