Hi! I'm Jamie and I have been managing Software Development teams for the last 6 years. Before that I spent 15 years as a Developer myself. I've also presented at numerous industry conferences and meetups across North America on technical and leadership topics.
I love working with people on the challenges that come with leadership and management. Knowing how to organize code isn't the same as knowing how to organize people but I can help bridge that gap.
