I currently work as Director of Marketing Research at a Fintech called BILL. I have a background in both Market and Product/Design/UX research and have worked with digital Product teams for a number of years to build delightful customer experiences. I have had several career pivots including software engineering, quantitative marketing research and finally into the world of Product Research.
