Improving design skills

Worked on the Design Systems team providing foundational guidelines and components. Created and maintained programs, tools, resources and components enabling our internal teams to focus on creating feature work. Defined the vision and roadmap for features, IA, interactions, layouts and research on the design system site that unified all platforms spanning across all brands. Facilitated onboarding sessions for experience designers new to the company and ensuring ongoing support. Mentored junior designers within the user experience community.

Defined the vision and led the end-to-end design process for their flagship product. Worked closely with design, product and development teams to migrate the legacy UI into a smooth and cohesive user experience, which led to an increase in sales and new customers. Delivered guidelines, concepts and prototypes while coaching and mentoring junior designers on the team.

Worked closely with both product and development teams for Ashley Madison’s website and Mobile App. Designed and created wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes. Conducted user research and usability testing to validate designs. Developed and rebranded sites for: ruby, Ashley Madison blog and the CougarLife blog.
