I do UX writing for unconventional companies on the brink of expansion.

I'm a user experience expert who considers how every last CTA, email sequence, and error message in a product ladders up to systems-level strategy, using that birds-eye-view insight to inform all steps of product development.

I specialized in content design for e-commerce and ad platforms.

I created mobile + desktop ecosystems that connect people with exactly what they're looking for, as well as tools that help advertisers run ads that look and perform great everywhere they show up.
