Hi, I'm Janelle and I have 15+ years of experience in UX Program Management and related roles in the creative space. My journey spans design, agencies, marketing in video games, to UX at Meta, Google, Salesforce and Amazon. I’ve recently transitioned from big tech to building a UX Program Management function at Anywhere Real Estate. I’m experienced in leading complex programs for creative teams. I’ve mastered the art of getting things done in large organizations through relationship building, people management, collaboration, communication, strategy and planning. I’m passionate about all things creative and guiding people to excel professionally and thrive personally.
