As a product team member, I will collaborate with colleagues to comprehensively understand the business requirements, product and service vision, and objectives. I will create documentation to ensure effective communication of the design specifications, particularly for the engineering team to implement. Also, I will help the team create user documentation and training materials.

My responsibilities also include conducting research, designing, and creating the UI/UX for users in the healthcare ecosystem. Throughout the iterative design process, I will build user journey flows, wireframes, and hi-fi designs to illustrate ideas appropriately. I will also create original graphics, icons, and other UI assets. Based on user feedback, I will iteratively improve the UI/UX.

As a Head of Product
Led a team of 5 members comprising a Product Manager, Product Designers, Business Analyst, and Customer Development.

Supervised the planning, development, and implementation of a Fintech Product to enable Vietnam customers to Buy Now, Pay Later services. Muadee by HDBank, One of the first BNPL products made by the Bank in Vietnam.
Defined the Product and focused on customer experience with executable business requirements and user stories while managing the scope of each release cycle.
Developed innovative product solutions and services that leverage assets in Sovico's ecosystem based on deep customer insights and a strong understanding of the future of BNPL.

Interpreted data to understand KPI failures and worked with cross-functional teams to manage three products from concept to launch, remedy issues from coding enhancements to loading speed, increasing positive user feedback.

Implemented usability testing to determine the reasoning behind customers' top BNPL and Financial services choices and suggested solutions to improve.

Studied market trends and user feedback, extrapolated data in Mixpanel, Appflyers, and OneSignal to understand customer needs, defined the successful metrics, and presented critical insights to management and stakeholders.

As a Head of Product Marketing
Led a team of 8 members comprising Digital Marketers, Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and Engagement Marketers.

Advised marketing team on best-performance marketing techniques based on the market study, enhancing online marketing, and growth hacking to reduce marketing costs.

Had successfully built a new design system for branding guidelines and Key visuals for Muadee's Branding and got approval from BoD.

Had successfully conducted multiple Design Thinking workshops with the Marketing team to develop the Product's value proposition, Internal communication plan, and External communication plan for 2022 - 2023 and got approval from BoD.

Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. I will set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.

Our teams focus on listening to users, and letting their needs guide us to the best solutions. It’s important for us to know we are solving for real people and not just the loudest voice in the room.

I partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. I provide the thought leadership to develop the right product strategy. Together, We solve problems and come up with solutions that delight our users.

Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.

* Accomplishments:
Established Design Studio for HCVN and Lead the team of 5 Product Designers and 1 Communication Designer. Succesfully applied Design thinking and Design Sprint to the working process.

Had successfully redesigned and released a totally new version of Mobile Apps which is more user friendly and brought a fully loan process to digital platform.

Had successfully built up Design System, Design Language for HCVN digital products. (Currently used for HCVN Customer App, Home X, the entire Landing pages)

Increased the DAU of HCVN Mobile App from 31k in Jan 2019 to 112k in Aug 2019 with Gaming concepts.
