Hi, I'm Janki and I have over 15 years of recruiting experience in Tech companies like Meta and Amazon as well as Financial services organisations like Deutsche Bank and M&G. I have solid experience of hiring tech talent up to Director level and work closely with Senior Stakeholders to attract the right talent for their teams. I have built teams from scratch and have scaled teams rapidly in times of high growth. I pride myself on providing great candidate experience and work on various projects and initiatives to continually improve processes. I have led and mentored teams, provided training and guidance to hiring managers and run various instructor led trainings globally.
