When given the choice of software, he led the firm to decide on the implementation of BIM by utilizing Autodesk Revit. He then went on to work on numerous residential and commercial development projects utilizing BIM. Jason's sixty two BIM projects at the firm included new custom homes, historic home renovations, home additions and retail/office commercial developments. He also performed an integral role in the day to day management of the firm and long term development of the company. This included but was not limited to various marketing efforts which incorporated graphics creation, mailings, boards and proposal writing.

Jason made a transition to Margulies Perruzzi Architects in 1999 to take the position of an Architectural Designer and part-time CAD Manager. As an Architectural Designer, he was responsible for design and drawing production for various projects in the schematic design phase through the construction administrative phase. These projects included many office buildings, retail spaces and a few parking garages. Some of these clients were Fidelity Investor Centers, RSA Security, Forrester Research, Intercontinental Headquarters and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in Quincy and Hingham.
