• Helped lead UX transition during sale of Pitney Bowes Software & Data division to private equity, and subsequent merger with Syncsort.

• Helmed the UX rebranding of Precisely, the new name of the post-merger enterprise, spearheading (in 8 months) a complete branding redesign and implementation of 5 LOB portfolios and 311 software application and data products.

• Piloted, hired, and managed the first internal company UX team, modernizing UX of the product and scaling the role, value, responsibility, and ownership of UX within the organization.

As part of the award-winning PB4D Imaging division, I led a brand-new, 4-person Web design and development team in a player-coach role, delivering Web-based project visualization applications for the architectural and transportation engineering industries.

Providing this information and functionality on the Web was a groundbreaking innovation, increasing visibility and access to information while signifciantly decreasing the time required for delivery and maintenance. (previously, this all required physical documentation, live presentations, videotapes, and CD-ROMs)

Our applications were used by multi-national government officials, public groups, and design review boards, as critical components in project acceptance, legal proceedings, construction management, oversight governance, and public awareness.
