I specialize in teaching the tactics of Product Management. There are tons of books on theory and "why" but very little on how to handle building up a great backlog, techniques for writing a solid vision and how to apply Design Thinking in a pragmatic manner.
I work best with Product Managers managing software products, especially cloud infrastructure. I can show you how to get your team laser focused on the mission and focused on delivering value and not just technical solutions.
If you are looking for high level career guidance and interview tips, I may not be the best choice of mentor. My focus on PM's who are just starting out or are looking to expand their toolbox. I prefer to build longer lasting relationships with mentees as becoming a great product manager takes a long time.
