I am currently an Associate Director of Product Design at Wayfair, focusing on the Wayfair Fulfillment Network, the Wayfair Delivery Network, and Physical Retail. Prior to this role, I was a Design Leader at Amazon in the middle and last mile; I served on the Amazon Design Leadership Board for a short while too. I started out as a front end developer, designing in photoshop, fireworks, dreamweaver, illustrator, etc. That’s what we did… UX wasn’t really a defined discipline yet. I have been in this industry over 20 years but before all of this - I was in the service industry, slinging drinks and servicing tables. I am based out of Seattle but was born in Texas and matured in Atlanta. In my personal life, I am married to a wonderful woman for 10 years and our kids are 2 puppies and 2 kitties. Big music and horror movie film fan and I can dork out over home automation and politics for hours.
