Hello! I'm Jason. I'm a VP - Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase. But that's the boring part. What's more interesting is how I got here. Over a decade ago I had my first corporate job in digital (Verizon), and the head of my department called my ragtag team into his office to tell us we'd now be in charge of this new thing called "Experimentation." We had 3 tools we'd be evaluating, and it would be up to us to assess the tools and evangelize the power of A/B testing. We had no idea what we were doing, and naturally we fumbled a lot as we tried to figure it out. Fast forward to 2024, and I've run thousands of experiments, run hundreds of UX Research studies, and delivered countless new features that have driven OKRs.

I'm especially passionate about optimizing the relationship between Research and Experimentation to streamline the product delivery process, which I believe improves outcomes for both customers and the business.
