I've been creating products, platforms, and teams in healthcare, finance, education, and government for over two decades. Currently, I’m the Director of Experience Design at Fuse, the innovation & product development center of Cardinal Health. I'm also an Adjunct Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University. You can find me in meetings and work sessions asking "Are we solving the right problem?"
