Design career path

With 10 years of experience as a product/UX/UI designer, including 3.5 years in leadership roles, I currently serve as Head of Product Design at Part Software Group, leading a team of 13 designers. Since October 2021, I have overseen the design and development of scalable, multi-platform systems, playing a key role in more than 10 successful product launches across industries such as financial services, SaaS, and health tech. By implementing a hybrid collaboration structure, I improved teamwork between designers, developers, and product owners, reducing workflow challenges by 10% and enhancing the impact of design in product teams.

Previously, as a Senior Product Designer, I focused on creating user-centered designs, leveraging tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision to deliver high-quality products. My expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user research helped streamline processes and foster collaboration with engineers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless product launches. Throughout my career, I’ve led the growth of design teams, scaling from 5 to 14 members, and continuously driving design excellence.

I have had the privilege of working with Part Software Group, a renowned company that specializes in providing top-notch financial and banking information processing services in Iran. In my role, I had the opportunity to work on various projects for Part's flagship products, including Signal site and application with over 5 million users and Merat site and application with over 2 million users.

As a UI/UX designer, I was responsible for overseeing user research, information architecture design, and user interface design for these products. Through my work, I was able to improve the usability and overall user experience of these products, which helped enhance their popularity and success in the market.

At Rasef, our goal is to develop and enhance software systems that meet the unique needs of our customers while leading impactful social media and advertising campaigns for businesses. As a User Experience Designer, my primary focus was on the PEYK product. During my 4-month tenure, I conducted extensive research on competitors and identified opportunities for improvement. I streamlined the user flow and created detailed wireframes to guide the development process. Additionally, I ran user tests to validate design decisions and ensure optimal user experience.

As a UI/UX designer at Adac Design Center from 2014 to 2017, I was responsible for designing user interfaces and creating user experiences for web and mobile applications. During my time at the company, I was fully committed to honing my skills in the field and developing my expertise.

I took on a range of responsibilities, including conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and delivering visually appealing and intuitive designs. My enthusiasm for learning allowed me to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices and to apply them effectively to my work.

In addition, I was proactive in seeking out opportunities for professional development, attending workshops and conferences to expand my knowledge and skills. This experience has helped me to develop a deep understanding of the importance of user-centered design, and I continue to apply this approach in my work as a UI/UX designer today.
