Improving design skills

By redesigning AustroCRM across more than 22 functional modules, user productivity increased by up to 3x, as measured by users’ daily task completion.
Solved fragmented communication by designing a unified experience across AustroCRM, enabling users to achieve the fastest performance in the CRM without switching between modules.
Identifying observations/problems during the development phase and providing a solution for the identified problems as well which gives stable products and also this will help to deliver faster releases.
The company’s branding structure was designed, including the AustroByte logo and its subsidiary logos. Everything from color selection to the overall design system was developed, creating a cohesive and consistent visual identity.

Collaborated closely with 5+ Human Resources departments and conducting usability tests with other units to enhance and redesign the Performance Management dashboard based on OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
Reduced in design time by up to 60% through the implementation of a design system and the creation of a UI KIT for commonly used forms in the product, covering more 10+ scenarios of various component states.
Decrease in development time by 2 times the expected coding team standard, achieved by implementing a scalable solution in displaying change request forms on Active forms.
Increase in employee satisfaction with the performance management platform, based on insights gathered from the People Analytics team.
Improvement in the engagement rate and watch time on the Digikala employee appreciation platform (Kodus) based on tests and data collected from research.
