My main function is to discover what needs and uses customers have of a Coppel product or service and align it with business objectives.

In addition, collaborate in establishing action plans to improve the user experience in its digital and physical channels.

About UX Research
The types of research for product design that I have done are: evaluative, primary, exploratory, and generative.

Main achievements:
Improve the experience in the Coppel Application: We increased the positive sentiment of customers from 20% (2018) to 79% (2019) with the investigation of usability, visual and functionality problems.
